OnlyFans adds “Disputes” tab to show creators their chargeback records

Popular fan club platform OnlyFans now allows creators to review their chargebacks/refunds at any time from their dashboard. This feature is available in the “Statements” section of your account. Here you’ll find a list of all of the chargebacks that have been placed against your account, including details like the date and the user screen name. The section also displays the percentage of your transactions that have resulted in chargebacks. In non-adult industries, a 1% chargeback rate or less is considered standard. Figures for the adult industry were not available, but if your chargeback rate is under that 1% figure, you’re doing a great job.
